Trial account

When you sign up, you gain access to an account with 1000 sessions and all features included in the Pro plan. The free trial is valid for 14 days, so you can test our product well before deciding on a paid subscription. After the trial ends, you have to choose the Plan to continue using LiveSession. Changing the plan during the trial period will start the subscription immediately (The trial period will immediately end).

If you would like to extend your trial period or session count, please contact our sales team.

Paid subscription

Once you decide to subscribe, we need you to provide your company details, credit card details, the number of sessions, plan, and subscription period. We will charge your card immediately after you confirm the subscription start and authorize the payment. We do not offer refunds on already processed payments – this policy is the same for all customers – and you are responsible for all charges in your subscription (even if you cancel payments immediately after your credit card is charged or even if you don’t use our product actively).

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the period. If the payment attempt fails, you will receive an email notification, and we will retry to collect the payment in the next few days. If all attempts fail, your account will be automatically blocked.

Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime by switching to a Free plan. After canceling, your subscription will continue to be active until the end of the current period. After that time, the subscription will expire, and your account will be migrated to a Free plan. Previous payments are not refundable.
